acceptable location but cleanliness issues
worn towels poor cleanliness
the location was good being close to the main street in ginza
my room was not properly cleaned upon arrival i found nail clippings and food bits below the table also the towels were a little worn it was disappointing given the hotel's reputation i expected better attention to detail regarding cleanliness and amenities
